Detection of Autoantibodies in Lada patients and their siblings and HLA Typing of these patients

ABSTRACT

The present study is to determine the prevalence of auto antibodies in sera of identified LADA (late auto
immune disease in adults) patients and their siblings by ELISA technique and HLA typing of these
patients by PCR specifically Sequence specific priming ( SSP-PCR ) method. The 22 diabetic individual
blood samples were collected for present study. Lastly, antibody & allelic levels of siblings and LADA
patients were compared.
