Dr. Prabhat Tiwari

Dr. Prabhat had completed his Ph.D. in 2017 in Silviculture and Agroforestry from prestigious Dr. YS Parmar UHF, Nauni, Solan (H.P.). Before pursuing Ph.D., he completed his Masters in Agroforestry in 2013 from Banaras Hindu University with Gold Medal. He specializes in Forestry (Silviculture and Agroforestry). He started his career during 2017 as Assistant Professor, Agroforestry at the Institute of Agricultural Sciences, BHU. He awarded the Best Ph.D. Thesis Award and Young Scientist Award from reputed societies of our country beside that he awarded DST “INSPIRE” Fellowship during his PhD. At present, he is serving as Assistant Professor (Silviculture and Agroforestry) at the College of Horticulture & Forestry, Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University, Jhansi (UP). Dr. Prabhat actively engaged in research and has, so far, actively associated to the development of commercial agroforestry models. He has authored several books and book chapters. Many research papers, articles, book chapters training manual etc. are in his credit. He had actively participated in many National and International conferences and presented papers. He is the Editorial Board member in renowned journals and also serving as a reviewer for reputed journals. As a man of peer researcher he is a dedicated fellow in the field of Forestry.
